So, we can proudly vouch on the fact that our products are aesthetic, authentic and affordable. These farmers quote prices for each products, 70% of which is enjoyed by the farmers. So, basically when you buy produce from us, you help farmers earn.

Yes, your order can be rescheduled. With every order that you make, an order number is generated. You can contact us via email or drop us a message on whatsapp along with that order number. We will immediately reschedule your delivery.
Our primary goal is to delivery you the authentic, fresh and quality products. Our veggies are naturally grown and harvested, so it may happen some products aren’t available at times due to weather condition or some unforeseen circumstances. But not to worry! Just like every other problem, we have a solution for this too. We will intimate you via email or SMS or whatsapp about the unavailability of some products. And if by any chance, we miss your message, you can deduct the amount for those products and pay the balance.
We take pride in delivering best quality produce- quality products and happy customers are two vital things what we strive for. But still, if ever you are unsatisfied with any of our products, we will refund your money into our wallet or redeliver the entire ‘ordered lot’ to you, all over again :)
We have our own delivery fleet and are partnered with third-party logistics providers for deliveries too. They are reliable. We can vouch for that.

All you have to do is shoot an email to us citing clearly the names of the products along with your order number. We deliver on most of the holidays, our team will give you the prior notice about the same via message or mail. There could be some delay and some changes in our delivery policies on the festivals like Pongal, Diwali, Christmas etc. This is just to appreciate and help our farmers & team for sacrificing their holiday to serve you fresh produce.
In order to serve fresh products, our farmers need time to harvest. So, to experience a hassle free delivery, we recommend you to order before 12:00 PM to receive your delivery for the afternoon of following day. You can also order after 12:00 PM, all you have to do is be a little patient with our delivery timing, so that we can deliver you the best.
Not at all! You can order anything based on your requirements and we will be at your doorstep with your favorite products in hand. Be it small or big, your order is our command. You would just have to pay as little as ₹ 30 delivery charges, so that we don’t get broke. We hope, that’s a fair deal.
