Q)What are the delivery charges?
A)Delivery charges are applicable on certain products and would be communicated at the time of order processing or the checkout page. In some instances, we offer free deliveries while we run offers.
Q) What are the estimated delivery times?
A)We deliver your order within 24-30 hours from the time the order is placed during working days. The order is harvested upon delivery. Delivery of non-perishables by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-shipped orders are delivered to you between 7-9 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations may take up to 10 business days or longer, depending on the location & geographical constraints.
Q) On which days is delivery not available?
A)We don’t deliver on Sundays, major festivals and bank holidays.
Q) Is it possible to request to change the delivery address at any point in time once the order has been placed?
A)Once the order is placed, the customer is entitled to call us or mail and inform us about the cancellation before 1 PM. Once the order is harvested one cannot cancel the order.
Q) Product cannot be shipped to my area, why?
A)Currently we are serving in Bengaluru and shipping non-perishables to other cities in the country.
Q) How do you ship?
A)Our fleet of delivery helpers and third-party aggregators help us in delivering the products to your doorstep.
